Aged at least four years, our flagship bourbon is proudly made from locally-grown Bloody Butcher heirloom red corn, adding nuance and a long finish to the flavor profile. We blend between four and eight of our custom barrels at a time for each small batch, bringing together varying char and toast levels for a more complex flavor profile. We use a solera-inspired blending method that helps marry the flavor profile from one small batch to the next. The result is a balanced bourbon that’s deeply nuanced and full of character.
