Our dry-style gin is based on our made-from-scratch, majority-wheat spirit which perfectly highlights our selected botanicals. Our neutral spirit base is macerated with dried botanicals and then re-distilled in our custom copper pot still to perfectly balance these flavors, including juniper berries, licorice root, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel, angelica and a pinch of cinnamon to add fullness and just a hint of sweetness.
